Order confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email . This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment.

After placing your order, you will receive updates on order status and shipping information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace number by email.

We offer our customers free standard shipping within the USA.

Price accuracy:

We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors can occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of this error. We reserve the right to cancel orders listed for incorrect pricing even if they have already been confirmed and paid for.

Processing Times & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping time: 8–11 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Carrier: USPS, FedEx
  • Daily cut-off time: 02:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)

Orders placed before 02:00 Pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 02:00 Pm will be processed the next business day.

After Placing Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number
  • Your proof of payment

Please also check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see a confirmation in your inbox. Still haven't received anything? Please send an email to support@kitchenandbathsupply.com with the subject: "Order Confirmation Not  Received" and our team will help you further.

Please note: For custom products, we will contact you separately to confirm the desired specifications before the order is processed and shipped.

Track Order

You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days , please contact us at support@kitchenandbathsupply.com and we will be happy to help you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. KitchenAndBathSupply is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or arrives outside the expected delivery window:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Provide your order number and any relevant photos or courier updates.

Change address

If you wish to change your address after placing your order, you must notify customer service within 24 hours.
